In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with idtoto, to deposit funds, or to place any bet on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. idtoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age cannot be verified satisfactorily.

2.2 Residency. idtoto's products are offered to players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not eligible to register.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. By registering, you confirm that you are not acting under duress, undue influence, or any form of legal incapacity.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You may not register or use idtoto if you have previously requested a permanent self-exclusion from idtoto or if you are subject to a voluntary exclusion order on another platform and have not completed the required cooling-off period.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with idtoto. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances, including winnings derived from bonus activity.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a ground for account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. idtoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify idtoto's support team immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. idtoto will investigate and take appropriate protective action.

3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your account or any right or interest in your account to any third party.

4.1 Verification Requirement. idtoto is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification must be completed by submitting the following documents:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account showing your name and account number);
• A selfie holding your identification document, if requested by the compliance team.

4.2 Verification Timeframe. idtoto aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of all required documents being submitted in full. During periods of high demand, verification may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.

4.3 Ongoing Verification. idtoto reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time during the lifetime of your account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

5.1 Accepted Methods. idtoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may vary by account tier and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by idtoto; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction limits independently.

5.3 Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). idtoto does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player and will not be reimbursed by idtoto.

5.4 Processing Time. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your idtoto account within seconds to five minutes. In the event of a technical delay, please contact live chat support with your transfer reference number.

5.5 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using funds obtained unlawfully, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.6 Failed Deposits. idtoto is not responsible for deposit failures caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is debited from your account but not credited to your idtoto balance, you must contact support within 24 hours and provide documentary evidence of the transaction.

6.1 Withdrawal Channels. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Supported withdrawal channels are: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Time. idtoto targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for accounts with completed KYC status. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. idtoto operates withdrawal processing 24 hours a day, including public holidays recognized in Indonesia.

6.4 Withdrawal to Own Account. All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name, matching the name on your idtoto account and KYC documentation. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

6.5 Pending Bonus Conditions. If your account carries an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, the portion of your balance attributable to bonus funds is not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is met. Your real-money balance remains withdrawable at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

6.6 Withdrawal Holds. idtoto reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, fraud review, or investigation of potentially irregular betting activity. idtoto will notify you of any such hold via your registered email address and will resolve the review as promptly as reasonably possible.

7.1 Bonus Terms Govern. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by idtoto are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this clause, the specific offer terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook offers), and expiry period will be stated in each offer's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated expiry period will result in the bonus funds being removed from your account.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless idtoto explicitly states that bonuses may be stacked. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorization may result in bonus cancellation.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. idtoto employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to drain wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

7.5 Promotional Changes. idtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where practically possible, players will be notified in advance of material changes to active promotions.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by idtoto. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference on your account. idtoto reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds or lines have been published in error.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type, market, and sport. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other covered competitions, as well as across togel, slot gacor (high-frequency payout slot games), and live casino products.

8.3 Errors and Manifest Errors. In the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error, idtoto reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be honored.

8.4 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be settled as winning for the full payout to be awarded. If one or more legs are void or cancelled, those legs are removed from the parlay at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs stand. Partial cashout options, where available, are subject to the terms displayed at the time of cashout.

8.5 Togel Draw Results. All togel draw results are sourced from officially published draw data. Results are final upon publication and are not subject to retrospective amendment except in cases of verified data error by the source provider.

8.6 Live Betting. Live in-play markets are subject to suspension during critical match moments (goals, red cards, VAR reviews, injury stoppages). Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. idtoto is not responsible for delays in live data feeds caused by third-party data providers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idtoto platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that exploits privileged information about sporting events;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction on the platform for an unlawful purpose;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party without explicit authorization from idtoto;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward idtoto staff or other platform users.

10.1 idtoto's Right to Suspend. idtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: (a) the player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the player has not completed KYC within the required timeframe; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose idtoto to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

10.2 Suspended Account Balances. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. Where a suspension results in permanent closure due to a proven breach, idtoto reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with these terms.

10.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting idtoto's 24/7 live chat support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of outstanding wagering obligations.

10.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. idtoto reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after giving 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

13.1 Platform Availability. idtoto provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, idtoto does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if idtoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Without prejudice to any other limitation in these Terms & Conditions, idtoto's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Third-Party Services. idtoto integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and Microgaming), and data feed providers. idtoto is not liable for failures, errors, or interruptions caused by these third-party services.

16.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 28 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in idtoto's operating license terms. The language of arbitration proceedings will be English.

16.4 Indonesian Consumer Principles. Notwithstanding the governing law clause, idtoto acknowledges its Indonesian player base and commits to applying good-faith standards consistent with general Indonesian consumer protection principles in the handling of player disputes.
